How does the owner apply for the registration of creation of mortgage when he/she provides lands and buildings to bank for guarantee?

A: After signing the contract, they shall attach the below documents to the local land office to apply for a creation of mortgage registration.

  1. Application form for land registration.
  2. Original and duplicate of mortgage right contract.
  3. Land/building ownership certificate(s)
  4. Identification evidence of applicants. (A photocopy of his/her National ID card or a photocopy of his/her Household Records; may not be required if it is able to be duly investigated through processing by computer)
  5. Specimen seal certificate. (Exempted if the mortgagee is bank and the obligor is a natural person or a corporation)
  6. Other documents of evidence as required by the central land administration.
