A: After signing the contract, they shall attach the below documents to the local land office to apply for a creation of mortgage registration. - Application form for land registration.
- Original and duplicate of mortgage right contract.
- Land/building ownership certificate(s)
- Identification evidence of applicants. (A photocopy of his/her National ID card or a photocopy of his/her Household Records; may not be required if it is able to be duly investigated through processing by computer)
- Specimen seal certificate. (Exempted if the mortgagee is bank and the obligor is a natural person or a corporation)
- Other documents of evidence as required by the central land administration.
