A:
- Registration tariffs should be paid for land registration according to the provisions of the Land Act and the other provisions of related laws and ordinances.
(1) In applying for the general registration of land, the obligee shall pay a registration fee at the rate of 0.2 percent of the declared value of the land.
(2) In applying for the general registration of constructional improvements, the obligee shall pay a registration fee at the rate of 0.2 percent of the value of the right.
(3) In applying for the registration of any change in ownership, the obligee shall pay a registration fee at the rate of 0.1 percent of the declared value of the land or 0.1 percent of the value of the right.
(4) In applying for the registration of other rights, the obligee shall pay a registration fee at the rate of 0.1 percent of the value of the right.
(5) In applying for the registration of any change in other rights, the obligee shall pay a registration fee at the rate of 0.1 percent of increasing value of the right. - Each certificate shall be charged for NT.80.
