The fourth meeting of Committee on Real Estate Dispute Conciliation 2015 was held on May 13, 2015
According to “Regulations Governing Establishment of and Conciliation by Committees on Real Estate Dispute Conciliation at Municipality/City/County Levels” issued by the Ministry of the Interior(M.O.I.), the Taipei City Government established “Real Estate Dispute Conciliation Committee of the Taipei City” in April 2003 in order to reduce the number of lawsuits and shorten dispute processing time. The Committee comprises not only representatives of relevant bureaus but also local members with land administration, civil affairs, construction, or legal knowledge and experience. We integrate expert advice in various fields to balance conciliation and maximize effectiveness.
The third meeting of Committee on Real Estate Dispute Conciliation 2015 was held at City Hall Building Conference Room 402 on May 13, 2015 and the Committee examined 2 cases.
